چکیده
The rapid development of electric buses has brought a surge in the number bus hubs and their charging discharging capacities. Therefore, location construction scale will greatly affect operation costs benefits an urban distribution network future. Through scientific reasonable planning public transport on premise meeting needs basic services, it can reduce negative impact loads upon power grids. Furthermore, use its flexible characteristics to provide support for network. In this paper, taking hub reliability as starting point, three-level programming optimization model based value economy load loss is proposed. upper model, several schemes be generated, which provides boundary conditions expansion middle-level optimization. normal dispatching scheme obtained from results lower level optimization, expected whole system including under given by obtained. effectiveness verified IEEE-33 example.
